Endoscopic Brow Lift

An Endoscopic Brow Lift is a procedure particularly useful with patients who desire elevation of the brow, where the removal of excess skin is not required. The procedure is done endoscopically, which allows the incisions to be hidden in the hair, decreases the incision length, and shortens recovery time. An Endoscopic Brow Lift can be performed in conjunction with an upper Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Lift) to achieve optimal results. The Endoscopic Brow Lift procedure is approximately a 2 hour procedure at our on-site surgery center. This same-day surgery is an outpatient procedure, with IV anesthesia provided. Sutures and staples are typically removed at 7-10 days, and most patients can return to work at 7-10 days. Bruising typically lasts 1-2 weeks, but Arnica tablets are recommended to reduce bruising and speed healing. Patients must limit exposure to sun for the first 3 weeks.
